ATEO workforce management team joins Deloitte Consulting
Deloitte will bring the ATEO workforce management consultancy team into its consulting arm, “strengthening” its human capital offerings.
On Friday, Deloitte announced the ATEO workforce management consultancy team will be joining the firm’s consulting arm.
Melbourne-based ATEO employs 39 staff under the leadership of founder Scott Gavens, who will become a Deloitte consulting partner.
Deloitte described the team as “technology specialists,” adding the move will “further strengthen” its tech-driven human capital offerings.
“We continue to build a strong human capital consulting footprint and deep specialisation across multiple technology platforms,” said Deloitte Consulting managing partner, Ellen Derrick.
“The arrival of the team from ATEO represents another important growth investment for our firm,” she added.
Deloitte workforce and payroll solutions lead partner Glen Detering said the ATEO team specialises in providing “practical, end-to-end advisory and implementation services.”
Those services, said Detering, support business transformation needs across “workforce strategy, system automation, [and] cost optimisation.”
Gavens said it is an “exciting move” for the ATEO team, who will formally join Deloitte on 1 April 2024.
“In a short time, we have built a great and well-regarded business,” he said.
“Now we are looking forward to joining Deloitte Australia and becoming an integral part of what is clearly a strong, market-leading, and client-focused workforce management and optimisation team.”
Deloitte also added the Enforce Consulting HR and payroll management team to its human capital consulting team mid-last year.
