RSM Australia appoints Melbourne managing partner
The experienced partner takes on the role after over 20 years with the firm.
RSM Australia has appointed a partner with over 20 years of experience with the firm as its next office managing partner in its Melbourne team.
RSM Australia chief executive partner Jamie O’Rourke said the change in leadership comes after substantial growth in the Melbourne office.
“RSM’s Melbourne team has been one of our fastest-growing in recent years, and I would like to thank Jonathan for his exceptional leadership and innovation during this time, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent economic recovery,” said Mr O’Rourke.
“Kristie’s collaborative leadership style, her long standing dedication to RSM Australia and strong commitment to building sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues made her the perfect choice to lead our Melbourne team into the future.”
The firm said Ms Dundon has extensive experience across audit, technical and regulatory accounting, particularly in the not-for-profit and public sectors.
Ms Dundon said she is looking forward to the leadership role and the increased responsibilities it would bring.
“I am excited to lead the Melbourne office into our next phase of growth and create a people-focused workplace where collaboration is at the forefront,” said Ms Dundon.

RSM Australia said the promotion of Ms Dundon is just one of seven women appointed to leadership roles in its latest round of promotions.
The six others promoted in the firm’s July appointments were Catherine Bell, as a partner in the firm’s ESG sustainability services team, Aleesha Bailey and Stephanie McAuliffe as principals, Tranquility Clinton and Mary Wang as associate directors, and Perth-based partner Nadine Marke as the firm’s new national head of corporate finance.
