William Buck Victoria appoints new managing partner
William Buck has announced the appointment of a new managing partner to its Victorian branch, Adam Kirkwood-Scott.
William Buck Victoria has welcomed Adam Kirkwood-Scott as the new managing partner, effective 1 October 2024.
Kirkwood-Scott has overtaken the role from Lindsay Holloway, who has stepped into the newly created executive chair position after 18 years in the managing partner role.
Kirkwood-Scott has been part of the company as a partner since 2011 and is a prominent leadership team member, according to William Buck.
William Buck said Kirkwood-Scott exercises exceptional business acumen and a highly personable and relationship-driven approach.
Holloway said he is confident Kirkwood-Scott will continue leading William Buck Victoria’s exceptional client services and would commit to facilitating a smooth transition out of this role.
“Adam has consistently demonstrated his alignment with our William Buck values and commitment to our clients and our firm,” Holloway said.
“His outstanding leadership skills and demonstrated experience in driving business growth make Adam the right person to lead William Buck Victoria into the future and to join the William Buck Group Board.”
Kirkwood-Scott has thirty years of experience and is an active community member who has sat on several boards, such as the Victorian Amateur Football League, Victorian Jockeys’ Association and the Kingston Health Gold Club.
William Buck has thanked Holloway for his role in growing the Victorian branch and the William Buck Group as they welcome Kirkwood-Scott into the position.
Holloway said he is looking forward to beginning his role as Victorian executive chair.
“It has been an absolute privilege to lead this team and I look forward to continuing my contributions in a new capacity.”
